Digital delivery
The service provides access to network infrastructure and computing resources. There is no physical shipment. The selected parameters, price, and term are shown before checkout.
Activation
Activation starts after the order is confirmed and sufficient balance is reserved. Completed access details appear only in the protected customer account. If automatic activation is still in progress, the account shows that status and continues checking without creating a second order.
Term and completion
The service term begins when access is successfully activated and is shown with the order. Renewal is a separate confirmed operation. A failed or unavailable item is not charged as a completed service.
Support
If the status does not change or the delivered parameters do not match the order, send a request through the customer support section and include the order number. Do not include passwords or other access secrets in the message.
