1. Seller
Individual Entrepreneur Alexander Viktorovich Laponkin, Taxpayer ID 500712408361, state registration number 324508100667845, provides the service through wproxy.online.
2. Service
WorldProxy provides access to proxy configurations available in the client account. Product parameters, term, quantity, and price are shown before an order is submitted.
3. Account security
The account owner must verify a phone number when creating a new account, keep sign-in and proxy credentials private, and is responsible for activity performed through the account. One verified phone number may be linked to one account.
4. Acceptable use
The service must not be used for unlawful access, fraud, malware distribution, spam, attacks, or violation of third-party rights. Access may be restricted when abuse or a security risk is detected.
5. Trial and orders
A free mobile proxy trial unlocks after the first confirmed SBP balance top-up of RUB 100 or more. It is limited to one use per customer, verified phone, account, device, and internet connection and may be unavailable while all trial slots are occupied. Creating another account does not itself create a new trial entitlement. Items in the cart do not reserve inventory until checkout.
6. Payments
At checkout, WorldProxy rechecks price and availability for every cart item before reserving the full amount on the selected payment method. If an item is unavailable, the purchase is not started and no funds are reserved.
7. Cancellation, refund, and support
The public customer-information pages describe service delivery, payment, cancellation, and refunds. Requests concerning a specific account, order, or payment are accepted through the protected support section or the seller contact details.
