Account balance
Orders are paid from the RUB balance in the customer account. The account separately shows available funds, reservations, and completed charges. The final order amount is displayed before confirmation.
SBP payment
If SBP funding is available in the account, the customer enters the amount, receives a one-time dynamic QR code, and approves the payment in a bank application. The service credits the balance only after independently confirming the successful SBP operation with the bank. The service does not add a surcharge for the selected payment method.
Receipt
Before payment, the customer enters an email address for the receipt. After the payment is confirmed, the fiscal receipt is generated by the seller's online cash register and sent to that address. The receipt status is also shown in the account.
Payment security
Payment approval takes place in the customer's bank application. The service does not ask for a bank password, one-time bank code, or card details. If the result is unclear, refresh the existing payment status instead of generating and paying a second QR code.
