The test downloads 10 MB through one proxy from a Cloudflare edge. Cloudflare sees the proxy exit IP; the edge location appears in the result.

Credentials are used only during the check and are not stored on the server. The field is cleared after a successful response.

How the test works

Download through your proxy

The checker connects to your proxy and downloads a 10,485,760 byte file. It times the transfer after the server responds.

Mbps, not ping

Downloaded bytes are converted to bits and divided by transfer time. Mbps describes this route's throughput; latency in milliseconds measures something else.

Choose the destination

Cloudflare chooses an edge for the proxy route and its location code appears in the result. WorldProxy is a second point of comparison. Distance, load and proxy limits can change the next result.

This is download speed on the selected route, not a guaranteed plan speed. Test one proxy per run. To check connectivity for up to 100 addresses, open the proxy checker.
