Residential proxies

Billing terms

At purchase, you choose a traffic package for one connection and its term. The proxy can be used while the term is active and traffic remains.

What you pay for

  • The purchase form shows the price for the selected traffic amount and term. The total is checked when you add the item to the cart and again before payment.
  • The package allowance covers the whole selected term; it does not reset each day. For example, 10 GB for one month means 10 GB in total for that month.
  • Each package belongs to one connection. Traffic allowances for separate connections are counted separately.

What uses traffic

  • Both data sent through the proxy and data received through it count. Background requests, images, video, and downloads also use the allowance.
  • Speed tests also use traffic. Your application's counter may differ from the connection's usage counter if the application only displays part of the transferred data.
  • When no data passes through the proxy, the allowance is not used, but the selected term continues to run.

When traffic or the term runs out

  • If traffic runs out before the term ends, the connection stops transferring data. You can add traffic to an active connection in My proxies.
  • Adding traffic increases the allowance on that connection but does not extend its term. Once the term expires, remaining traffic alone does not keep the proxy active.

Where to check the balance

Open My proxies → Residential to see the remaining traffic and expiry date. If the figures look stale, select Refresh data before deciding whether to add traffic.
